Sun City was envisioned as a contemporary “City of Royals,” unfolding across 120 acres in Devanahalli as an immersive landscape of memory, culture, and craft. Inspired by the grandeur of Mysore Palace, the design reinterprets Karnataka’s regal architectural language through a modern hospitality experience.

Villa precincts draw from the legacies of the Hoysalas, Vijayanagara, and Tipu Sultan, transforming history into lived spatial narratives. Expansive glass domes and advanced e-glazing bring light, openness, and environmental performance together, while photovoltaic systems, solar water heating, and intelligent building management embed sustainability at its core. The project weaves together villas, convention spaces, wellness, retail, and lush landscapes into a seamless experiential fabric. Water, gardens, and courtyards create moments of pause and celebration.

Sun City was designed more than a destination—it is a bridge between Karnataka’s cultural depth and a future shaped by sustainable materials, technology, and design innovation.
